This project’s conceptual planning is based on the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). The LFA is a method for planning and evaluating a project, which has been developed in the USA in the 60s.
By using this tool, we hope to be able to provide our partners with a clear perspective of our endeavour and make our objectives and activities as transparent as possible. At the same time, the LFA enables an objective evaluation of all undertaken steps.
This benefits not only us, when designing different interrelated activities and stages of the project, but foremost our partners and project sponsors, since this tool offers guidance also regarding a projects’ evaluation.
We and our partners can thus observe through the respective indicators the immediate as also the middle and long term consequences of the project. This helps assessing and continually adjusting our work, since we strive to improve ourselves whenever possible and thus obtaining the best possible results.

Our team got aquinted with this method during their first training course in Georgia and began ever since using it for designing this project.
